Collaborating with this multi-unit investor was a masterclass in alignment. He offered hands-on input at every step, from design preferences to family-friendly amenities and rental-ready features that would enhance the guest experience. Together, we created two distinct interior design themes, each inspired by one of his favorite boating destinations.
From there, our design team got to work creating a comprehensive turnkey furnishing package including custom decor, special-order mattresses, commercial-grade outdoor furniture, and move-in-ready kitchen setups—all tailored to pamper the luxury traveler.

As is often the case in new developments, there were some hurdles along the way—construction delays and electrical plan complications among them. To keep the project moving forward:
We provided secure long-term storage at our private warehouse
Scheduled certified electricians to complete the wiring
Installed essential extras like security systems, water filters, and owners’ lockoffs
Every logistical detail was managed, ensuring that the final delivery would exceed expectations.
🌅 The Big Reveal: Move-In Ready and Sunset-Approved
After a quick flight from Texas, the excited owner arrived for the Big Reveal and first test stay. Everything was set:
Beds made with luxurious linens and top-tier mattresses
Kitchens stocked with catering-ready cookware and serving pieces
Expansive wraparound terraces furnished for soaking in epic sunsets
Artwork and accessories thoughtfully curated and installed
The result? A fully styled, move-in-ready beachfront retreat—with nothing left to do but host friends, play a few rounds of golf and start earning passive income. Even the photo shoot was scheduled as part of the turnkey service.
