Logistics and Supply Chain Update

Every retailer, ecomm site, design firm and contractor on the planet has struggled with the unprecedented challenges of a global supply chain crisis in the last few months. It’s more than clear - there is no returning to the old normal.

The number of emails we’ve received from CEO’s of toptier brands and international logistics giants explaining these issues just underscores the very real struggles we all share in getting what we want, when we want it and where we need it at this time.

As we work on new design projects this month, we are factoring in that freight companies are restricted in hours drivers can be on the road, warehouses are battling increased employee covid cases and cross-state borders are periodically closed then reopened with great uncertainty. Meanwhile small businesses, local resources and design teams like ours face escalating costs and interrupted work schedules.

Yet our top priority is to keep our projects on track, maintain our legacy of 8 week turntimes on Installs and sustain our artesans and their families in reliable employment. This is a time to practice great patience for sure!

“To all our loyal clients, homeowners, realtor partners and developers, we thank you for your support and understanding as we strive to create new homes in paradise each week and each month. In spite of these challenges, our greatest desire and joy is to welcome you to a move-in ready home!”

Stay connected. Please follow our projects and daily updates on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
