CASE STUDY: All White All Right — From Jungle Treehouse to Luxe Coastal Retreat
Working with MexHome Realty and Premier Agent Tess Stoble, this homebuyer discovered a hillside retreat in Punta Sayulita, a Robinson Crusoe–style treehouse originally crafted by Contact Development Co.
Perched above the iconic surf town, the property boasts a double-height palapa roofline framing panoramic views of the curving Sayulita coastline. From the infinity pool deck, you’re immersed in lush jungle fauna and the rhythmic sound of waves below.
✨ Why Savvy Second-Home Buyers Now Expect a Fully Furnished Arrival
As featured recently in Mansion Global, top real estate stagers and interior designers are seeing a major shift: today’s luxury homebuyers (especially in coastal markets and resort destinations) want homes that are move-in ready and beautifully furnished on arrival, right from day one.
And it makes perfect sense. When you’re investing in a vacation home or toptier rental property in elite (and often far-flung) destinations like Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita or Punta Mita, you’re not looking to spend your afternoons tracking delivery trucks or coordinating contractors.
