TREEHOUSE REVIVAL | A Beloved Sayulita Retreat Is Ready for its Next Chapter
Some homes hold more than memories. They hold the promise of many more new adventures to come.
After two decades of family gatherings, celebrations and memories made in paradise, this legacy home is ready for its next chapter.
Tucked into the lush private landscape of Punta Topika, this much-loved family retreat is where generations come together to slow down, reconnect and enjoy one of Mexico's most iconic Pueblo Magicos.
Now, in partnership with MexHome Premier Agent Tessa Stobbe, CRATE Interiors is preparing its next chapter with a curated renovation and refresh, timed for the upcoming holiday season. The main living space will undergo a complete refresh with new furnishings, art, decor and an inviting new entryway. All washrooms will be renovated with new custom cabinetry, an illuminating lighting plan and updated fixtures to enhance functionality. After 20 years in this lush jungle setting, these new appointments are much needed!
Owners vision brought to life: Reimagined new washrooms for every en suite bedroom that radiate light and a fresh, updated appearance.
Four en suite bedrooms offer exceptional views of the Sayulita bay. Famous worldwide as a premier surfing destination on Mexico's Pacific coast, offering waves suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers year-round. A complete transformation of these rooms includes hotel-grade bedding, bath accessories, decor and curated artwork.
